Press Cutter This is a Reliance paper cutter, manufactured by Paul Schniedewend & Co., Chicago, U.S.A, ca. 1900. It was advertised in the American Type Founders catalog in 1906. It has a 4-foot manual lever-operated paper cutter, with a maximum cut of 28 inches and weights about 500 pounds!
